Appearance:
Sandtail is a tom with a very streamlined, narrow build better suited to hunting than fighting. He is quite small in comparison to many other warriors, but there isn't any mistaking him for a young apprentice of she-cat. Sandtail's appearance is typically haggard; his ginger-and-white tabby coloration is marked with streaks of splotchy dull grey, permanently casting a dingy atmosphere about him no matter how clean he is. His fur is slightly longer than average, but rather thin and insubstantial. It often displays his lack of consideration for his appearance with areas of dirt mingling with his pelt. Green eyes are widely spaced on his face, but carry a distinct aura of plainness about him.Short: Lean ginger-and-white tabby tom with grey streaks and green eyes.
Personality:
Sandtail is a nervous tom, a trait predetermined by genetics. He is a mite paranoid and constantly suspicious of the world around him, rarely being graced with a calm state of mind. He is strikingly neurotic, wishing everything to be in place at all times and having a preoccupation with knowing exactly what is occurring in his world. The tom becomes enamored with things quickly and easily, sometimes even obsessed to the greatest extent possible, until the subject is all that penetrates both his conscious and unconscious thoughts -- they do not escape even his dreams and most abstract of thinking...and then once his urges are met and his desires fulfilled, he drops it in favor of another thing. He is an extraordinarily fickle cat; however, although he rejects others when he's through caring about them, his facile emotions can quickly cause him to have feelings of despair so brutal he doesn't recover at all for a half-moon if someone else rejects him. Eventually, he accepts his predicament as best he can, but it puts his emotions on an even frailer pivot and increases the amount of time being fearful of his clanmates. He has never hallucinated, but he is at the point in his character development where any more paranoia would mean visual illusions.Short: Unstable, emotional, and thoroughly unpredictable.
